Gearbox Software has released some new gameplay screens from next Borderlands 2 Headhunters DLC. Sir Hammerlock Versus the Son of Crawmerax arrives April 15 on PC and Mac via Steam, Xbox 360 via Xbox Live Marketplace, and Playstation 3 via PlayStation Network.

Despite the incredible success of Borderlands 2, Gearbox Software isn't working on a third entry right now.

"We are not working on Borderlands 3," Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford told Polygon. "That is unqualified. We have more to do in the franchise, but no there isn't a Borderlands 3."

Gearbox Software has announced that its final DLC pack for Borderlands 2 will launch on April 15th and cost $2.99.

It's called Sir Hammerlock vs. the Son of Crawmerax, and as the title implies, this fifth and final Headhunter pack centers around Sir Hammerlock. You see, he's been captured, and naturally it is up to the Vault Hunters to rescue him.
